Do I need to be a good golfer already?
NO. The program is tailored to your level, from beginners to competitive players.
How is this different from a normal golf fitness program?
Its built from both your movement screening and your swing assessment, and coached by someone who is both a PGA Coach and S&C Coach
How many days a week do I need to train?
Typically between 3-5 days per week depending on your schedule and goals. Training days will be a mixture of gym sessions and mobility work which can be carried out at home.
Do I need special equipment?
NO, a standard gym setup is enough. Alternatives can be provided if equipment is limited.
Will this help me hit the ball further?
Yes - by improving strength, power, mobility and efficiency, allowing you to create more speed with control
How quickly will I see results?
