If you're like most triathletes, you probably know you should be doing strength training. Strength training can help maximize your power on the bike, keep your tendons healthy, and boost your overall health.

The TriStrong program is a complete strength template that includes everything you need as a triathlete.

Inside you will find:

  1. Plyometric exercises to support tendon and bone health
  2. Single-leg exercises for stronger running
  3. Core exercises for stability on the bike
  4. Overhead and shoulder exercises for a stronger swim

Each aspect will help you perform better and stay healthy as you swim, bike and run.

The workouts are designed with endurance training in mind and are as efficient as possible to minimize the impact on your SBR training.

Every TriStrong program is built by Chandler Scott a physiotherapist, endurance coach and Ironman athlete.

He also runs an online coaching program called Excel Endurance where he places a focus on coaching in a way that is sustainable, heathy and science-based. He regularly also competes in long-distance triathlons.
