No! This program is suited for everyone! All exercise videos have built in progressions or regressions if needed.

What kind of progress can i really make in 4 weeks?
This is highly dependent on your training history, injury history, your daily habits & your sleep to name the major factors of success. 4 weeks is a good time to start feeling good results and changes! If you continue doing the program you will feel real solid progress after around 12 weeks onwards
