This program is designed to build an athlete's endurance capacity to the elite levels of endurance atheltes. 

This program was intended as a continuation program on top of the Touchpoint E&E ultra 16 week program. It goes even further with an added 8 weeks of programing, it ups the distances each week, it focuses on time on the move rather than distances achieved. It avoids burnout through smart and progressive overloading.

This program was used personally in the build up to the Leadville 100 mile race and served me very well. From a background where strength and conditioning remain paramount, the touchpount E&E Ultra Plus allowed me to maintain strength and conditioning whilst seriously building my endurance. Comes tried and tested.

Used in the build up for multiple ultra events this program is designed to accustom your body to the high demands of the ultra world. You'll be running between 3-4 times per week and lifting weights 2-3 days per week for a structured blend of strength and endurance.

During the program you'll encounter some long runs. These are what can make or break an event. These are your full profile training sessions, trial your kit, trial your nutrition, dig deep and have fun out there, make every sessions count.

The E&E Plus program is unique to other endurance programs. We don't obsess over the little things, we do the work, run the distance and move on. Don't stress what the masses are doing, follow the program here and run your race.

Strength and Conditioning
Strength and conditioning sessions are uniquely designed to push your muscular endurance capacity and also to build your overall strength. Supersets are predominantly used in our sessions, this is to maximise time in the weights room, promote a thermal burn for fat loss and get our heart pumping blood from one muscle group to the next.
