I won't sugarcoat it....If you don't follow the plan or do exactly as it says, you may not achieve success. But for those disciplined, patient individuals who are willing to put in a few hours of effort per week, I'm confident this journey will pay off!  There's 52 weeks in a year. I'm asking for less than a quarter of that on your quest to a deadlift PR.  I'm asking for two days per week. 1-1.5 hours per day. That's not so bad, is it? 

Let's do this!  All you'll need is a bar, some plates, and commercial gym type equipment for the accessory lifts!
