FAQs
How long is the program?
The program is 2 weeks long to give you a taste of hormone friendly strength training and help you learn the foundational movement patterns
How many workouts per week?
I program 3 days per week but if that doesn't work for you, you can adjust it to 1 or 2 and you will still get stronger!
How long are the workouts?
Around 20-30 minutes. It depends how much rest you need based on the load you are using and how many times you need to watch a demo video.
What equipment do I need?
The minimum required equipment is 1 kettlebell. Once you sign up you will get an email about how to pick the bell size that's right for you. If you go on to do the full STHH program you will want to invest in another bell or two.
Can I use dumbbells if I don't have kettlebells?
Ehhhh I don't recommend this. Sure, you could. But this is a kettlebell program and I teach very specific technique for kettlebell skills. You will not have as much fun or get the same result with dumbbells.
How are the workouts delivered?
Inside this training app. You will get the program and can add it to your training calendar in an easy to navigate app.
What if I am in a different time zone than you?
The program is completely self paced so time zone is no issue! You do the workouts at a time that is convenient for you.
What if I have a question about something in one of the workouts?
You have access to a group chat inside the training platform! This is a great place to ask me any questions and to cheer on the other women doing the program with you! You have access to this chat for 3 weeks form your purchase date.
How long do I have access to the program?
You have access to the program for one year from your purchase date and can put the program on your calendar multiple times in that year. You have access to the group chat from 3 weeks from your purchase date. You get lifetime access to the modules inside the course platform.
How do I know if I am doing the exercises correctly?
Each exercise comes with a demo video of me demonstrating and coaching the movement pattern. I talk through common mistakes to look out for and give helpful cues to make sure you get the form right. I always recommend filming yourself so you can watch it back and gain body awareness.
What happens at the end of the two weeks?
You can join my 12 week program Strength Training for Happy Hormones the next time it opens and apply your payment for Intro to STHH as a discount off the full price of that program :)
