All Purpose Training is designed for the individual who has a desire to feel challenged, learn something different and exciting , and most of all look good!  At the end of the 8 weeks, you'll not only feel stronger, but better conditioned as well.

All Purpose Training will give you a sense of direction in the gym while learning the proper principles of bodybuilding technique, complimented with strength and functional training.
