This Olympic Weightlifting program emphasizes classic lift performance technique by focusing on positions and movement drills. The exercises and progressions utilized make this 11 week program appropriate for late beginner and intermediate lifters who are able to lift reasonable weights but who could benefit from becoming more technically sound.
While some exercises do have intensity percentages prescribed some do not as each athlete should feel out comfortable / appropriate weights that allow for proper execution of each movement.
Duration - 11 weeks (5 sessions / week)
Volume - Moderate
Intensity - Moderate
Good for - improving the Snatch, Clean & Jerk
*Aerobic training should be limited during this program as it will inhibit your progress.
**With your purchase you will gain access to this program for one year, as you will have the opportunity to run through this program multiple times.
