I have created this 3 month program for seasoned lifters who have been in and out of the gym for over a decade and are bored of their usual routine. This program combines strength, stability, power and conditioning to elevate your gym routine and spice things up. Lift & Elevate includes 3 different workouts each week for three consective weeks. Plus progression suggestions and modifications with each new cycle.

This program has been created specifically for those who have spent hunders of hours attending group gym classes, working with personal trainers, and completing their own session in the gym. It is designed to challenge the norm, progress past the basics, and build on the foundational strength you already have.

Unlike other gym programs, Lift & Elevate not only incorporates strength training techniques but also includes cardiovascular curcuits to develop heart and lung health AND stability exercises to promote balance, motor control and keep you stable on your feet.
