Built to sculpt muscle development for a camera-ready physique while preparing them to embody the power and presence of the football players they portrayed, the program integrates Resting Yoga, guided Meditation, targeted Strength training, and Endurance development.

Nutrition, sleep, and recovery were equally prioritized. A clean, nutrient-dense diet combined with adamant sleep practices and recovery strategies gave them the tools to stay injury-free and consistently energized—100% ready to hit the gym day over day.
