Operation Shred was designed to push you for 8 weeks to obtain that shredded physique that can be so elusive.

I'm throwing a highly intense and high volume training program together and giving you access to it here so you have the key to unlock unreal results.

The twist in the training is that you won't be increasing the weight through each set in a training session.

Now you might be thinking... "if we are not increasing the weight, then how muscles will grow?"

Here overload will not be the deciding factor.

Instead, the amount of reps you are going to perform in a given amount of time is the factor that will result in growth.

You'll be performing as many reps as you can in 30 seconds.

Your goal is to increase the number of repetitions for that same weight in that 30 second time frame in every session.

To reap the real benefits of this training program, you're going to need to increase your aerobic capacity too, which will help to supply oxygenated blood to the working muscles so we'll have cardio 2x per day.

When does the program start?
You're able to start/stop the program whenever you want. You'll have the ability in the app to pick your start date and/or end date to accommodate your schedule. In fact, if you need to, you can even move sessions around on your calendar.
What if I don't have a piece of equipment needed?
Ideally, you'll have access to a gym or at the least, to most of the equipment I'm asking for (see the equipment list above). When you can't perform an exercise or just don't have a piece of equipment that I'm asking for, make logical swaps with another movement for the day.
