This progressive 12-week camp is designed to build the complete physical foundation a boxer needs to perform at peak level. Across four structured phases, athletes develop raw strength, explosive power, and fight-specific conditioning while maintaining speed and agility. The program begins with general strength and movement preparation, transitions into maximal strength, then shifts toward explosive power, anaerobic conditioning, and fight-readiness. By the final phase, the athlete is sharp, resilient, and conditioned to handle the intensity of competition.
