Ready 4 SHREDZ is a total body training program specifically designed for those who are looking to lose FAT AND at the same time maintain the MUSCLE MASS you have !

Take the guessing work out from YOUR training, and follow this 8 WEEKS fat loss program backed by the scientific principles of training ! We will be incorporating several compound movements (would be the most bang for your bucks when it comes to energy expenditure) as well as unilateral movements and isolation movements. Progressive overload and training volume will gradually increase throughout the weeks!

  • x 2 cardio ( LISS & HIIT ) a week

FAQs
Is this program suitable for all levels?
Yes. Doesn't matter if you are a beginner/intermediate or advance trainee, if fat loss is the goal for your current phase, this program is for you.
Do I need gym access to do this program?
PREFERABLY. You can substitute the movement to something else if you train at home. For instance , Barbell back squat to dumbell back squat. BUT to get the full benefits of this program, having a gym access would be the best choice.
Do I need to go on a 'DIET' on this program?
Losing fat is all about EXPANDING MORE energy while CONSUMING LESS. So yes, at least make sure you are on a slight deficit this 8 weeks.
