This 6 week program is designed to strengthen your neck, shoulders and spine to help improve outcomes for people suffering from or at risk from neck pain and injuries.

Perfect for desk workers and athletes alike. Strengthening the neck has been shown to prevent injuries from concussion to strain and fractures as well as chronic pain.

This program is built to carefully and progressively target muscles that are scientifically shown to provide support to the head and neck, making you a more efficient and injury free athlete.

Who is this training for?
This training is for anyone looking to strengthen their neck. Specifically contact sport athletes or those suffering with chronic neck pain.
I am currently suffering with a neck injury, is this program for me?
You should always speak to a medical professional before starting any program, this one is no different. Coach Fred will be with you to answer any questions and science would suggest that the sooner you're able to start training the better. This program is designed to be done at your own pace.
