Who is this for
Anyone who is new to exercising in the gym and is looking to lose weight in the most simple and effective way.
what if I miss a workout?
You wont, out of the 7 days in a week you just need to show up 2-3 times for this plan to work
Can I still eat out at restaurants?
Yes. We're going to teach you how you dont have to sacrifice eating out or your favourite foods and still lose weight.
what if i dont like healthy foods?
Most people we talk with have wild ideas of what is and isn't healthy. We'll help you better understand what controls body weight and composition. food quality is a big factor for long term success but its not necessary to get the momentum moving in your favour. one step at a time.
can I do this program if i am currently dealing with any injuries?
We recommend you fully recover first. If you want to get started ASAP then we recommend you speak with a coach before signing up. checkout our instagram to get in touch with a coach
Can I do this program as a Vegetarian/Vegan
yes, but we will be of no use to you in recommending food choices. It will be much more difficult and we dont recommend it.
