None of use want to peak early.  Peaking for your most important competition is often misunderstood, but following a simple protocol between 4 weeks from your major competition can allow for you to peak at the right time.  This program is designed to end 1-2 days before most important competition of the year.  Note that unless you have been following our protocol or another including a mix of power cleans, squats, deadlifts, plyometrics, and agility work, it might not be advisable to complete this program.
