This program also comes with a libray of videos that details the concepts, program, and how to make it fit your current training week to make any necessary modifcations.

What if I am currently hurt? Can I do this program?
No. You should see a medical professional! Contact Dr. Tyler Nelson and set up an appointment to get your injury figured out!
I get this program for life?
Yes! The app allows you to see and access the program for life and the content page gives you a pdf that you can print and repeat forever and ever.
I am the newest beginner ever, is this for me?
YES! This is where you learn how to do things right. You may have to do the program once at 50% effort everywhere to build up some ability and tolerance to do harder things. But, then you can repeat the program a little harder the next time around!
I am Adam Ondra, bro. Is this program for me?
Also, yes. Fingers respond the same on a beginner or a pro. A beginner may get benefit from 2x a week training where pros may be able to stretch it to 4-5x per week and use smaller edge, etc. But, Strength, Power, and Endurance are all HUMAN trainable things.
