✅ Goal: This 8-week progressive plyometric training program is designed to enhance your jumping power, elasticity, and explosive strength. Whether you're an athlete looking to improve your performance or a fitness enthusiast wanting to develop your power, Jumps & Plyo 1.0 will challenge your lower body strength, elastic stiffness, and neuromuscular coordination to make you more explosive and dynamic.

✅ The framework: You'll train two times per week, with each session lasting about 30 minutes. Sessions can be performed before your regular training or as standalone workouts, depending on your schedule and recovery needs. The program progresses strategically, beginning with landing mechanics and low-intensity hops, advancing through spring loading and hurdle hops, and peaking with high-intensity depth jumps and reactive power work. This approach helps you build elastic strength and explosive power safely, reducing your risk of injury.

✅ Session structure: Each session begins with a warm-up, including light cardio, dynamic mobility, and activation exercises to get your body primed for plyometric work.

✅ Equipment: The program primarily uses bodyweight exercises, but also incorporates plyo boxes (or stacked weight plates) and optional hurdles for added challenge and specificity. You'll need access to a low box (30-40 cm) and a mid/high box (50-70 cm). The equipment is kept minimal to make the program accessible and flexible.

✅ Video instructions: Detailed video demonstrations for each exercise (coming soon).

✅ Suitable for all levels: Whether you're new to plyometric training or have some experience, Jumps & Plyo 1.0 meets you where you are. The program starts with the fundamentals and progressively builds your skills and power. With the right commitment and consistency, any athlete can benefit from this training.
