This program is rooted in the ability to shred what you want, when you want. Build strength, stability, & body awareness that will allow you to push new boundaries up until April without getting burnt out.

Both strength & recovery sessions are designed to help you feel strong without limiting your ability to hit the mountain 4-5x/week.

Think of this program as a SUPPLEMENT to your days on the snow. Move sessions around based on your lifestyle, the forecast, and how your body is feeling.

Limit Aches/Pains & Recover Faster
Both strength & recovery sessions will make sure you stay strong without feeling too tired to ski/ride the next day. Mountain recovery sessions will help you feel grounded while reducing muscle tension & soreness.

Stop telling people you are too old to shred. That is simply your body telling you to do more mobility and awareness work. Tailored movements in this program will help you feel resilient, address chronic pain, and restore range of motion.

Who is this training for?
This program is for anyone who wants to feel strong & stable while rippin' around in the mountains.
What equipment do I need?
Mini Bands and weights (Dumbbells and/or Kettlebells)
Are the training sessions posted daily?
Weekly training sessions are posted on Sundays for the upcoming week! This allows athletes to move sessions around for the week based on the forecast and other life adventures.
