Mtn Athlete: In Season Training

Mountain Edge Performance

Skiing, Mobility, Strength & Conditioning
Coach
Liz Myers C.S.C.S.

This program is rooted in the ability to shred what you want, when you want, and feel good as hell while doing it. Build & maintain strength, stability, & body awareness that will allow you to feel resilient while pushing new boundaries, all season long.

Weekly In Season Training Includes:

  • 2 Strength Sessions
  • 2 Mobility/Recovery Sessions

Think of this program as a high-end SUPPLEMENT to your days on the snow. In season training limits full body fatigue by reducing training volume so you can feel fresh and ready to slay when hitting the mountain.

Move sessions around based on your lifestyle, the forecast, and how your body is feeling.

Limit Aches/Pains & Recover Faster
Both strength & recovery sessions will make sure you stay strong without feeling too tired to ski/ride the next day. Mountain recovery sessions will help you feel grounded while reducing muscle tension & soreness.

Improve Your Mobility & Body Awareness
Stop telling people you are too old to shred. That is simply your body telling you to do more mobility and awareness work. Tailored movements in this program will help you feel resilient, address chronic pain, and restore range of motion.

Build Strength & Movement Confidence
Knowing that your body is strong and capable of handling any situation that comes your way is powerful. Every training session is built around bulletproofing your body so you can feel resilient on & off the snow.
