Realise your athletic potential with this 10 week in season performance program, designed to help field based athletes to take their game to the next level. This program is designed to work in with your sport training week and uses load management strategies to help manage fatigue so that you don't go into training and game day stiff and sore, but primed and ready to go.

The program consists of:

2 Upper body Strength + Power sessions

2 Lower Body Strength + Power Sessions

1 Speed Session focusing on top end speed + Optional top up running work

1 Recovery and Mobility session

This program is adaptable and can be altered from 6 days to 3-4 days per week if that suites your training schedule better.

Absolutely, let the coaches know in the app what modifications need to be made and they will get you sorted
Do I have to be a High level athlete?
No!! This program is for anyone who wants to push themselves to the next level, whether thats breaking into the state side or trying to move up a division at the local footy team
What sports will benefit from this Program
This Program was designed with Football(AFL) in mind but athletes competing in pretty much any field sport can benefit from doing this program
What kind of support is available in the program?
If you have any questions at all when completing the program you can use the the messenger function within the app to message the group chat with any questions you may have
Can I repeat this program?
Yep 100%, I'd expect most people to repeat this program as they head into the second half of the season! But Volume 2 may be dropping soon!
