Who is this training for?
I built this program for athletes that have a short amount of time to get ready for a big event....a showcase, try outs, or preparing to play at the next level. It is high level enough to work for a professional athlete while simple enough for any high school athlete to follow.
What should I expect on an average training day?
The program is set up to have 3 longer days (60-90 minutes) and 3 shorter days (less than 30 minutes). Programming includes lifting, plyometrics, power, conditioning, core, and mobility.
