FAQs
Who is this training for?
Volleyball players at any level. Recommended ages 8th grade and up.
Do I need Equipment?
All exercises can be modified without equipment. Weights and bands are recommended, but loading exercises with bodyweight will work just fine.
How many inches will I gain on my vertical?
On average, my students have seen a 3-6 inch improvement on their vertical!
