This program is designed to be working around your schedule and your sports practice. If you miss a session , no worries you can do it later or just focus on the next one You can play your sports around the day of training to get more gains for the program
How much communication will I get with the coach ?
I can give feedback or suggestion to adjust the program to your situatiin but it is not indivualised training so if you need more guidance , contact me to get a personnalised training program
