FAQs
Why are there no stretches?
Because we should focus on the lowest hanging fruit, so the strength and warmup are the priority, if you have more time you can stretch on your own.
Will I need Equipment?
No you just need your body and a wall and maybe a chair.
Who is this workout for?
Complete beginners or people who haven't trained in a long time and want to get active again, and people who have a busy lifestyle.
Can I repeat this program?
Absolutely, and if you want to make it harder add more reps to exercises or start right at weeks 3 and 4 when it gets noticeably more challenging.
