This program is built for baseball players who know they need to train in the offseason, but don’t have a clear plan to follow. Most athletes piece together random drills, lifts, and throwing routines from past experience or what they see online, but without structure, progression, and intent, results are inconsistent.

As a former player, I understand how valuable the offseason is. Between team practices, lifting, throwing, hitting, and everything else, time is limited and guessing your way through training is a recipe for falling behind. Most athletes aren’t lacking effort, they’re lacking direction.

This 12-week offseason system provides a complete, structured plan for hitting, throwing, and strength training. It walks you step-by-step from early offseason into pre-season, showing you exactly what to do and how to progress each week. Instead of repeating the same routines, you’ll follow a proven structure designed to build strength, improve movement, and prepare you for the demands of the season.

If you’re serious about getting better and want a clear roadmap instead of guessing, this program gives you the structure needed to maximize your offseason and show up prepared when it matters most.

Hitting / Throwing Progression
This complete program includes hitting and throwing progression giving athletes a clear, step-by-step plan from early offseason to pre-season. Each phase builds on the last: developing movements, gradually increasing intensity, and progressing to game speed. Athletes train with purpose, improve consistency, protect arm health, and enter the long season confident and prepared.

SPEED & Change of Direction
We’ll train acceleration and change‑of‑direction using a short‑to‑long model that builds your speed and movement quality over the full 12 weeks. Distances, patterns, and demands progress gradually so you’re developing force early, carrying speed later, and sharpening COD ability in a way that actually prepares you for the season.
benefit-image-2
STRENGTH
Our strength work runs on a true High/Low model that’s built around your hitting and throwing demands, not against them. You’ll train heavy, high‑output compound lifts that raise your ceiling and continue to show up as you hit and throw throughout the length of the program. The whole setup prepares you to go into the season at a whole new strength level

In these 12 weeks you will get a very thought-out periodized program that puts Strength, Speed, Hitting, and Throwing all into an offseason. Everything is aligned to push performance while keeping injury risk low. If you want to show up to your season more skilled, stronger, and faster, this program is for you.

FAQs
Can I run this program more than once?
Yes — many athletes repeat it across off-seasons as strength and speed benchmarks improve, with loads and volumes adjusted to the new baseline each time.
Will this interfere with my team's practices?
No — it's built to run alongside your practice schedule, not compete with it. Coaches can make individual adjustments if needed as well.
How much access will I have to coaches?
You'll have direct access for questions, form checks, and program adjustments throughout the whole program.
