Potentiate is a program focused on developing explosive speed & power

It's a great option for anyone looking take their athletic performance to another level or even just looking to change up the boring old strength training.

The program includes a variety of Olympic variations, Loaded jumps and Plyometrics to improve your ability to produce force FAST, whilst covering key accessories that we cycle across 2 weeks to give the program a splash of variety designed to keep your body healthy and in the gym or on the track.
