I created this training plan for beginner trainees looking to make the absolute most out of their training. I am calling this routine a push pull legs "system" because it is organized in a very precise and calculated way to maximize progress. Throughout this program, we will be borrowing from decades of sports science and years of personal experience to reach what I believe is the perfect blend of athletic work and hypertrophy exercises.

If your goal is to optimize progress with muscle growth, it is better to allocate more volume to hypertrophy-style training. In this program, we are seeking to optimize muscle growth and athletic ability, and will be prioritizing hypertrophy over strength.

However, because strength often complements hypertrophy and because most people who care about hypertrophy also want to be strong, we will not be ignoring strength altogether. To ensure that strength is not neglected entirely, this program uses a minimalistic approach toward strength and an optimization approach toward Athletic performance/development

Who Is this for?
Any existing athlete, aspiring athlete or anybody looking to be as fit as/look like an athlete
What If I miss a day?
Missing a day is not the end of the world, our coaches will hold you accountable and make sure one day doesn't turn into a week or a month! You can miss a day here and there but rest assured our coaches will be urging you to get back to it ASAP!
What should I expect on an average training day?
-Training plan for the day ( sets/reps/ Custom exercise collection) - Continued communication with your coach throughout the day - Meal suggestions/ tips on making healthy choices in the kitchen
How much communication will I get with my coach?
Your coach will basically be available to you 24/7, within reason of course! The goal is to make the process as seamless and effortless as possible. We want to leave as much of the responsibility to your coach as possible! All you gotta do is show up and put in the work!
