Skill/ Movement Development
The goal is to not only become stronger, but to move better. By strength training in the end ranges of motion with movements like the bent press and Mace 360, we will not only become stronger but become better moving humans by improving intangible qualities such as coordination, balance, and athleticism.

Train The Body as a Unit.
Kettlebell and Mace exercises require our entire body to work together. By moving in multiple planes of motion through complex movement patterns, become "functionally" strong and ruggedly resilient.

Strength and Mobility Combined
The program is designed to allow you to make progress at a measured pace to improve your technical movements with kettlebells and maces. The goal is to move better and more confidently at steadily increasing weights and volume. The end result is better movement mechanics, improved cardio, and full body functional strength.
