Who is the training designed for?
Anyone! However this program is designed with those who spend their days working primarily behind a desk but who want to get back to the shape they were in when they were an athlete.
What do I need?
The program is designed around what you might typically find at a commercial gym, however most exercises can easily be completed or substituted to train in at home or in an apartment or hotel gym.
