The COMPLETE Footballer Upgrade was built in a way to help you grow & still achieve peak game-day forms consistently. It is not a plan you have to commit to 100%. I hate the “hustle and grind” culture (especially in-season). All sessions are programmed in the week based around your game-day.

WHAT IF I MISS A DAY?
You can either skip it entirely or move your entire training week by one day (that day will be your recovery day). Never do a speed session the day after a lower body workout though and avoid training legs 1-2 days before a game (game-day primers are the exception here)
