Strength for Soccer was designed for the soccer player who is in their first or second year of strength training and is looking to get their bodies stronger and healthier for the upcoming season.
How long do the workouts take?
There are three sessions per week and each session is about 75 minutes in length.
What happens if I miss a day of training?
Life happens - I get it! You can pick up right where you left off, and you can move workouts around to fit your life's schedule.
