This is the exact Accumulation program I ran when I signed with Enhanced Games. At the time, I hadn't trained in probably 6+ months. This is exactly how I onboarded it and progressed. It prioritizes Snatch specific strength and general Squat strength. I completed this program without enhancements and it ultimately lead to a massive hang Snatch PR on my following training block. It's a fun program with interesting variations, mixed mixed rep schemes at variable intensities that present opportunities to push into some tough loads under volume. Hope you enjoy it!
