I wanted to make a program for people who want effective workouts, but do not have the time to be in the gym six, five, or even FOUR days a week. It can be a hassle managing a schedule and then adding fitness into it! With my full body program you will be in the gym THREE days a week performing functional and strength exercises to BUILD A BETTER YOU!
