I help people build strength and capacity for the lives they actually live. After 15+ years of coaching, I’ve learned that lasting health isn’t built through extremes. It comes from intelligent training, realistic nutrition, adequate recovery, and consistency over time. That’s the foundation of everything I teach.

FAQs
What if I need to move the workouts to different days?
You have the flexibility to complete all 3 sessions per week any day that works. I recommend you don't do more than 2 sessions back to back.
I'm really out of shape but want to start — will this be too hard?
The volume of work per session is very reasonable. You can do less total sets or reps OR you can do everything bodyweight to ease back into feeling strong.
How many times can I repeat this program?
You have access to the program for life and can repeat it as often as you'd like. The exercises are prescriptive, so as you get stronger you can adapt to the intensities and keep progressing over time.
