Workout length: 60–75 minutes (if you focus on lifting, not selfies).

Who is this program suitable for?
It helps if you have 1–2 years of strength training experience and are familiar with the basic lifts. The program includes nothing impossible, and every exercise can be scaled to your level.
Have injuries or joint concerns?
When performed correctly, at a slow and controlled tempo, the program can even help with minor issues. However, always consult a physiotherapist or other professional for specific guidance.
