This is the programme that gave me the 260kg/573lbs deadlift. It is 18 weeks of programming, there is no deload or personal fatigue management that has been put into this programme. You will need to set you own deloads, which you would have learnt from your own training. 

This programme has no other days of training except the deadlift and recovery day. You can implement this along side your own training or solely complete this.

The tools that have been put into building this programme are percentage based and RPE. These methods, allow you to have an exact number to work with and when the body is tired RPE is a great aid to have the equaliviant feel like response when training.
