This is a 4-week at-home Hockey Stickhandling program.

This program is designed to improve the following:

  • Overall stickhandling ability.
  • Improve your feel and confidence with the puck.
  • Develop a wider range of playmaking abilities that will transfer to the ice.
  • This is Phase Two of a three-part stickhandling development series. This program is designed to challenge all skill levels.
  • You will complete 3 sessions per week, and each session is designed to be 30-40 minutes in length.
