1st block of the EVOLVE Strength Team : Strength and Shred series. This series is 1x per week and 45-60 mins, so designed for the busy athlete who needs to get a full program done with time taken into consideration. This is great for someone new to strength, just learning kettlebells, or if you need to add a strength day to your current workout calendar.
This block will introduce new kettlebell skills, build strength and end with a finisher that will leave you conditioned.
The next series will be 2x per week and leveled up so get in and get started now!
You will need 2 kettlebells, a lighter press weight and a heavier bell that you can swing.
