This is a one month program designed to help bulletproof your shoulders. This is phase one of the shoulder health program and where I recommend everyone start. This is a great program for swimmers, overhead athletes, and people who have been dealing with shoulder pain, instability or injury. I have developed this program over 5 years of working with athletes and general population clients with a variety of unique shoulder problems and have successfully helped my clients become pain free using these exercises.

Anna Hoots
Anna Hoots has been working as a trainer for over 5 years, working with a variety of clients, general population and athletes of varying sports, ages from 7-70. Anna has a M.S. in Exercise Science from Northern Kentucky University, as well as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Certified Personal Trainer certification from the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
