Over the past decade-plus, I've sat in rooms with old-school strength coaches who built champions with a barbell, a stopwatch, and zero patience for excuses. I've also studied the new wave of sprint scientists, the velocity-based training nerds, and the guys who turned speed development into a precision craft instead of a guessing game.

This program is what happens when you refuse to pick a side.

It's not a tribute to the old days, and it's not a chase after the newest trend. It's a blend of the discipline, work ethic, and battle-tested fundamentals of old-school training, fused with the data, sequencing, and recovery science of the new school. I built this because I got tired of seeing athletes forced to choose between "train hard" and "train smart" when the truth is you need both.

This is that program.

By the end of these 9 weeks, you will:

1. Get faster Real, measurable improvements in acceleration and top-end speed. Not from running more, but from training speed as the skill it actually is.

2. Jump higher. Built through explosive power development that trains your nervous system to produce force quickly, not just produce force.

3. Get stronger. A foundation of usable, transferable strength that holds up under fatigue and translates directly to your sport and not just numbers on a bar.

4. Build complete General Physical Preparedness. Everything your body needs that it isn't getting. Speed, power, strength, and conditioning all working together as one system, so you're not just good in one area and exposed in another.

This isn't a program that makes you good at one thing. It's a program that makes you dangerous everywhere your sport demands it.

FAQs
Can I Adjust This Program for My Schedule?
100% Can be done. I understand not everyone has the ability to train 6x in a week. Message me in the app for direct guidance and support
How long is each session?
Typically each session can range from 45min to 75min. If you move with efficiency, intent, and focus you can get every session done within the hour.
How do I warmup for each day?
Dynamic warmups or mobility are tricky to program since everyone has different requirements. In the app I provide guidance and my typical routine, but do what you need in order to perform the drills at 100% readiness.
Do I need timing gates / jump mat?
