If you are looking to add some power and pounds onto your log or stone lifts, this is the program for you. Designed to fit into your current training regime, this program will give you 3 days each week for 6 weeks to hone those lifts. There are mild accessories that are included, that are not required if you are already on another program that provides your with sufficient accessory training options. Or, if you are bold, and you can manage the extra work, take it on! Working from a 5RM to a 1RM on the log over 6 weeks, with variable sets, weights, and reps you will be challenged. Same goes for the stone lifts! You will get plenty of variation on weights and will build a stone endurance so you are always contest ready!
