Find a staircase at your house. Could be a full flight of stairs, could be the stairs from your garage to your house, could be the outside steps…etc. • TIME YOURSELF FOR 1 MINUTE • WRITE DOWN HOW MANY TIMES YOU CAN GET UP AND DOWN THAT PARTICULAR FLIGHT OF STAIRS. ***If you don’t have a staircase in your home find a room that has open space between 2 walls where you can do side steps, lateral slides, or walk/run*** • TIME YOURSELF FOR 1 MINUTE • WRITE DOWN HOW MANY TIMES YOU CAN TOUCH EACH WALL IN 1 MINUTE
