Did you know most women DON'T need to wait 6 weeks to be cleared for any movement. Those first few weeks are crucial for bonding and resting. But movement can help aid in recovery and healing. In this 6 week program I the stretching and mobility movements I dd the first 6 weeks postpartum in order for me to feel more mobile and less tight. These can all be done in your bedroom or even on your bed. Each week progresses just a little more so that you will be ready to get back into more movement at the 7 week mark.
