Run Strong

Strength for Speed

Coach
Travis Goyeneche

Run Strong is a 12 week long program design to supplement your running training to ensure that your body can withstand the demands that go with race training and at the same time build a stronger engine so that you can reach higher speeds while being more efficient. The days of a runners not lifting weights are behind us, if you run comes down to putting force into the ground so that you can propel your body forward. The stronger you are the more force you can both withstand and produce.
