"Welcome to the 'Cinderblock Gains Program,' a 4-day per week Upper-Lower Split that's your key to a body transformation. Over the course of 4 weeks, you'll embark on a journey that will reshape your physique and boost your strength.

Weeks 1-2: Cinderblock Foundation During the first two weeks, we focus on building your 'Cinderblock Foundation.' Isometric Holds take center stage, working your muscles through static contractions, enhancing stability, and forming a solid base for your transformation.

Weeks 3-4: Cinderblock Ascension In the subsequent two weeks, we ascend to the 'Cinderblock Ascension' phase, where we introduce the power of Drop Sets. By lifting progressively heavier weights and pushing your muscles to their limits, this technique adds intensity and variety to your workouts, ensuring continuous growth.

Throughout these 4 weeks, you'll engage in upper and lower body exercises, ensuring that you not only witness remarkable muscle development but also experience increased strength, power, and endurance. Whether you're starting your fitness journey or looking to break through plateaus
