This is the perfect program for someone who is new to the gym or has been going for a short time. I made this program to be done at any gym with the mindset of keeping it basic, progressive over the 8 weeks, and still keeping it challenging and interesting with various sets, reps, and assigned weights. My intention is to make the gym simple and allow you to have more wins and gain consistency while working out.
