Who is this program for?
Anyone looking to increase their ranges of motion particularly to help performance on the Golf course and recovery afterwards.
Do I need equipment?
No, obviously having any equipment would be beneficial, but is not required. Most of the exercises in this program use your own bodyweight.
Why do I need mobility?
As we age, our joints and tissues stiffen, which will limit the range of motion and could cause injury. Having a specific mobility program to follow will help the longevity of the athlete and allow you to play golf much longer!
