Iron farm aims to build resilient weightlifters with iron clad movement patterns.

Saltillo is one of the foundational bloodlines of fighting bulls from Spain.

We want to build athletes that are strong like good livestock. And this program is designed to give you the squat strength you need to hit those big PR's. Have your squats stagnated? Not sure what to do?

This is an isolated squat program that has been used for our athletes to smash through squat barriers and really build the skill and leg strength necessary for developing your olympic lifting. This can be a lot of volume for a newer lifter, but provides plenty of opportunities to develop strength and skill around squatting and the olympic lifts.
