Who This Is For?
This program is designed for individuals with some prior training background — you should already be comfortable with fundamental barbell and dumbbell movements (squat, hinge, press, pull) and have a base level of general fitness. This isn't a true beginner program; it's built to progress lifters who already have movement competency and want to train efficiently.
Why 3 Days a Week?
For busy professionals, consistency beats volume. Three sessions a week hits the sweet spot: enough frequency to drive real strength, power, and conditioning adaptations, without demanding the recovery time or scheduling flexibility that 5–6 day programs require. It's a sustainable dose that fits around work travel, meetings, and family life — the goal is a program you can actually stick to for months, not one you burn out on in three weeks.
Why a Concurrent Approach?
Concurrent training blends strength, power, and conditioning work within the same session or week, rather than isolating them into separate blocks or phases. For time-poor clients, this means every session delivers multiple training qualities at once — you're not sacrificing conditioning to build strength, or vice versa. It's the most time-efficient way to maintain a broad athletic base (strength, speed, power, and work capacity) when you only have three sessions to work with.
