Speed System 1.0 by Erickson Performance aims to introduce athletes to proper speed training and do just that. This is a 2-days per week program designed to create a faster athlete that will be impossible to ignore!

This program is ideal for young athletes just getting started on their speed journey, athletes easing back into speed work, or athletes who are looking for a speed program that delivers results!

Do I need any equipment?
This program is virtually equipment free! As long as you have access to a sport field (or any field) then you can run this program.
Who is this program for?
This program is ideal for young athletes looking to start laying their speed and performance foundations, athletes looking to ease into their seasons, or athletes who are in need of training that works! If you play sports or want to be more athletic, this is a good program for you!
How flexible is this program?
Unlike other programs, Speed System 1.0 delivers what is needed without the fluff. Because it is a 2x/week program, their is a lot of flexibility in terms of getting it in during a busy week.
